Dear Lovers
To all of those in love,
I commend you for taking a leap of faith that most would consider a detrimental downfall. Most would consider love to be a monumental risk. It may take a toll on your mental health, your sanity and your ability to see the world as it truly is. However, you decided to open your heart to the idea of companionship, shared identity, and growth with another human being.
To me, that is the true essence of bravery.
If you were and are currently blessed to share your life with someone you care deeply for, note that it was in your conscious decision to welcome them into your intimate space and open your heart to another human being. You may believe that at times caring for another person is a curse, but it truly is a privilege.
No matter who you share Valentine's Day with, make sure to convey your love to them; then and always.
